Long wait times for drinks at the bar!!! Room air conditioning issues that made for an uncomfortable night!!! Maintenance could be scheduled at more convenient times to avoid disruptions!!!

seaside los jameos is an amazin hotel. it has a great location right by the beach and the staff are super friendly. we enjoyed the buffet food so much, especially the themed dinners. the pool area is totally chill and well maintaned. rooms are spacious and clean with nice decor.

Fantastic Family Getaway with Great Amenities!

Our family had a relaxing 5-night stay. The children enjoyed the well-equipped mini golf and life-size chess. Despite a rough start with our first room, the upgrade was appreciated. We loved the themed dinners. try the Mexican night for a treat! Pro tip, ask for a room with a view.

Had a fantastic time at Seaside Los Jameos. The pools are spacious, one is heated, which was needed on cooler days. The dining options are consistently excellent, with themed nights like Mexican providing variety with delicious meals. The staff at the buffet were quick and attentive, making meal times enjoyable. The location near the beach is great, with lovely garden views as well. I appreciated the pleasant room with a big terrace, perfect for morning coffee. I faced some frustration at the pool with people reserving sunbeds early, sometimes even before breakfast started. It made finding a good spot difficult. Room cleanliness was impeccable, but the air conditioning struggled to keep up during peak heat. Wi-Fi signal varied. good in the room but weak near the pool areas.

The hotel's light-filled reception hall, designed as a Canarian patio, created a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably throughout the beautifully maintained gardens and pool areas.

More shaded seating areas by the pools would help.

My stay was fantastic! Gorgeous gardens filled with vibrant flowers surrounded us, making morning walks delightful. The dining experience was a treat with nightly themed dinners, including a superb Mexican night where the food was colorful and full of flavor.
